Apartment No. 40 La Gardenia is situated in Sol del Este just a five minute walk from Calas Fonts & Es Castell. It is a 10 minute drive from Menorca capital Mahon & 10 minute drive from Mahon airport. Calas Fonts & Mahon have fantastic restaurants to suit all tastes. Mahon also has fantastic shops from designer to high street. It is also a very child friendly island. Mahon harbour is the 2nd largest natural harbour in the world so there is a constant flow of boats from powerboats, yachts, cruisers including cruise liners which dock with ease in Mahon (all sail past La Gardenia). Buses, Taxis & car hire are very reasonable on the island. Minorca is only 9 miles wide & 32 miles long so it is easy to explore the diverse attractions from beautiful sandy beaches to prehistoric archaeological sites. It is one of the most spectacular diving locations in the med. The island is a Mecca for families and without the pubs & clubs of other islands it is safe & welcoming whatever your age.

Binisasfuller Playa is on the south east coast. It boasts a very pretty sandy cove and rugged coastline…ideal for swimming and snorkelling. It is one of the unspoilt areas as there are no hotels. There is a restaurant just by the beach.The picturesque fishing village of Binibeca Vell and its beach are a few minutes drive away where there are pedaloes and a rustic style beach bar. The town of San Luis is a five minute drive inland. It has a church,selection of bars, restaurants and coffee bars, shops and banks. The excellent supermarket of Suestra ‘Pepes’ is nearby. Mahon is approximately 6 kilometres away. The flight route is nearby and we enjoy watching the flights approaching…The area is quiet and not touristy!

Punta Prima is in the municipality of San Luis in the south-east corner of Menorca. Nowhere is very far away in Menorca, so all of the island is within a short drive or bus ride. (Buses run May to October) There is a beautiful white sandy beach protected by the nearby Isla del Aire (Windy Island), only a couple of minutes walk away, and all the facilities of a small holiday resort (May to October. Outside these months some or all of the local facilities may be closed) but the advantage of a quiet residential location. We always meet our guests at the airport and take them to Punta Prima to show them around and introduce them to the accommodation. Return to the airport is not provided.

Situated alongside Villa Doc, with the same view, Villa Feliz was completely refurbished throughout during the winter of 2004. The villa has two main bedrooms (with twin beds) and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room – allowing for sleeping arrangements for up to 5-6 people. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet and there is also a main bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and and washbasin. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the dining/living room with a french door connecting to a delightful and spacious patio – ideal for sunbathing and enjoying eating outdoors. The kitchen contains a large fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Sunbathing space is plentiful on both the extensive patio and on the sunroof; there is also an outside barbecue for guests to use. There is a TV/Video/DVD but this does not have Sky or any other service (i.e. it is intended for watching videos/DVD’s only).

Binibeca (also know as Binibequer) is situated on the South of the island, just twenty minutes from the beautiful main city of Mahon and the airport. This is a quiet family orientated place, with mainly villas rather than the noisy bar/disco/hotel scene of some other resorts; although there are plenty of restaurants/shops etc.
