There is a shared pool and only a 5 minute walk to Arenal’s superb sandy beach and the supermarket and restaurants. You can sit and relax in either the front garden or back patio. Full patio furniture and sunbeds are provided. There is a fully equipped kitchen which includes an electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Downstairs has a twin bedroom, separate shower and toilet (refurbished for 2010) and a large living/dining room with satellite TV, DVD/CD player and an internet connection point. Double patio doors open to a covered terrace at the front with built-in BBQ which leads onto a small lawned garden. Upstairs has one double and one twin bedroom and family bathroom with bath and shower. Both bedrooms have balconies overlooking the pool. The house is ideal for families/groups of friends. Arenal D’en Castel is small resort on the North side of the Island. The beach is a magnificent sandy horse-shoe facing West for wonderful sunsets. It is safe for children as it is shallow and warm with lifeguards on site. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to suit everyone but no late nightclubs. The Island is designated ‘Biosphere’ which protects the environment and has more beaches than Ibiza and Majorca put together. It has a very interesting history from 4000BC neolithic sites to the forts built by the British and Spanish in the 18th & 19th Centuries. Both Mahon and Cuitadella are very interesting citiies to visit – a boat ride round Mahon harbour is a must! Menorca is also famous for its shoe and leather industry and is also known for its local gin and cheese making. There are two good waterparks and since the recent upgrading of the road system it is very safe & easy to visit all parts of the island wth nowhere being more than approximately 40 minutes away.

Casa KaySha is a spacious ground floor apartment on the prestigious Green Park Village development in Son Parc directly opposite the driving range & golf course. It is just a few minutes walk from the golf clubhouse & restaurant. The patio terrace overlooks one of the three large swimming pools exclusively for the use of residents & our guests.

The bright, spacious & well maintained apartment is decorated to a very high standard & features a large enclosed patio with ample space for patio table & chairs, sun beds and a brick-built BBQ. A sliding double-glazed patio door leads into the lounge/dinning room, comfortably furnished with leather sofa, easy chairs, dining table, chairs & TV/DVD/Video/Stereo

Off the lounge/diner is the modern fully fitted kitchen, with oven, hob, fridge-freezer and washing machine. A corridor from the lounge and kitchen area leads to a modern, fully tiled shower-room/WC. shared by the two twin bedrooms, plus the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Casa Kaysha, Son Parc is situated on the north coast of Menorca and is popular with families looking for a relaxing beach holiday & with golfers. The large beach is perfect for children as it shelves gently into shallow waters. Son Parc is popular too for those who enjoy water sports. Pedaloes, small motor boats, jet skis and windsurfing are all on offer. Son Parc boasts Menorca’s only golf course (Now fully extended to the full 18 holes), complete with floodlit driving range. The resort also has a good variety of restaurants, shops & a couple of supermarkets. All in all, Son Parc is a self-contained resort, with a wide range of facilities on offer. Son Parc is one of the best and safest beaches on the island and the bar at the car park end sells a lovely cold beer. Green Park Village was built in 1998 by Taylor Woodrow and is a very well maintained and sought-after development of good quality apartments built on two floors, with extensive garden areas.

Superb sandy beach approx 5 mins drive. The water here is clean, clear and shallow making it ideal for children and bathers. The beautiful fishing village of Fornells is approx 15 mins drive. Son Parc Golf course and clubhouse is approx 5 mins drive. Mahon airport is 20 mins by car or taxi. a car is not essential although we would recommend it and provide details of local car hire at competitive rates. 5 mins drive to local supermarket.

Buses and taxis available easily. Short walk to a local BBQ restaurant and the beautiful fishing village of Fornells.
All water sports nearby, sailing, swimming, sail boarding, diving, boat hire, excursions by boat. Cycling, walking, fishing and bird watching (feathered) and golf all short distance. The island has many tourist attractions and evening entertainment available.

Ses Casetas is a small privately owned complex of 8 bungalows situated on 250 yards from the lovely beach in Arenal D’en Castell. The bungalows consist of 3 bedrooms & 1 bath/shower room and ideal fro family self-catering holidays.
The complex has a large (14m & 5m) pool with a children’s section and extensive sunbathing terraces. Shops, restaurants and the beach are all within a few hundred yards making a car not essential.
The bungalows have one double bedroom & two twin bedded rooms, as well as lounge, kitchen and individual terraces suitable for eating or relaxing outside.
Recommended for families looking for a good resort location.

Poblado de Golf is easily the prettiest and most unspoiled of urbanised Son Parc, set in between the pine trees and overlooking the golf course. It consists of a small group of villas set around their own private pool.

The golf course facilities include a driving range, golf academy, putting green, tennis courts and a new club house with bar and restaurant which is open all year round to non members. There is a supermarket 5 mins walk away, and the main Son Parc complex is 15 mins stroll away, comprising of a variety of bars and restaurants and lots for the kids to do.

It offers a lovely safe beach for children, with canoes and pedalos plus beach bar. There is also a horse riding and a mountain biking centre a few mins away by car. Whilst you have most amenities a short distance away,

Son Parc is the only Golf/Beach resort on the north coast of Menorca, just 20km from the Capital, Mahon and the Airport. Most visitors choose Son Parc for the lovely Son Saura beach and newly extended golf course.. The beautiful blue flag beach is not large but easily copes with visitors in the summer and has ample parking. There are lifeguards and you can hire sun beds and parasols as well as pedaloes, canoes and windsurfing equipment. At the west end of the beach is a café with refreshments and ice creams etc. For families with small children the opposite end is ideal as the sea is very shallow for quite a way out. The golf course is the only one in Menorca. Claiming to be championship quality it is ideal for beginners and experienced golfers. The main commercial centre of Son Parc offers an excellent range of cuisine from traditional Spanish including fish restaurants through to Chinese and even an English Bar. There is also a selection of shops, a supermarket and gift shops.
