One of eight privately owned detached bungalows built on Cala Blanca foreshore overlooking sea and sharing good sized swimming pool.at rear. Own arched and shaded terrace with table and chairs overlooking the sea, barbecue and small gardens surrounding the property with palm tree, barbecue and steps up to sun roof with panoramic views. The accommodation is spacious, with three bedrooms (two doubles and one single) a large living room with sofa bed, separate kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, breakfast table & stools, ironing facilities. Cala Blanca is a coastal resort on level ground, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The detached bungalow overlooks the sea, one of eight built on the rocky foreshore with shared swimming pool . Local shops are nearby. Cala Blanca’s white sandy bay with pines, a 10 mins walk, has diving and snorkelling facilities, restaurants and a bar with pool. Walk 5 mins In the other direction, and snorkel in the cove or walk along the coast to the small bay at Saint Andria. Most amenities are available locally. A few mins stroll off the Avenue reveals a choice of cafes and restaurants, a bar with entertainment, shops and an internet cafe. Further along are hotels, a medical centre and pharmacy. You may bus or drive to Ciutadella, a charming and historic Cathedral town with harbour, market, variety of shops and cafes in the main squares, embellished with fountains or pine trees or visit Cala’n Bosch, its beaches and harbour restaurants, water sports and choice of boat trips around the island.
