The three master bedrooms to the front of the house have a long balcony. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen/dinner with gas range, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge/freezer. However, you may not choose to eat in the kitchen as you have a choice of two other dining areas. One inside and the other outside under the wonderful arched terrace. There is a large sitting room with two sitting areas; one for the tv and video and the other for relaxing and reading. Outside there are several terrace areas for relaxing and a large child proof terrace with swimming pool and loungers. The old barn by the pool has been converted into a games room area with table tennis. Tennis can also be played on the private court next to the house.

A good selection of shops and restaurants are just 400m away from the villa. The accommodation is on two floors. An external staircase leads up from the gardens to a superb “L” shaped sun lounge. From here, double doors lead to a living room with. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room. There are also two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom and a single bedroom on this level sharing two bathrooms. The ground floor is accessed from a separate door to a hallway. From here there is a living room with second kitchen off. Also on this level there are two twin bedrooms and a triple bedroom sharing a family bathroom.
