Our house is right on the coast of Sálgar, a tranquil holiday estate by the sea (front line), only 9km (11 minutes) from the centre of Menorca’s capital, Mahon. Sálgar is the outermost south east corner of the island. The house is approx. 75m², including 2 bedrooms with access to a small terrace behind the house, where the communal pool is situated, 1 bathroom, open kitchen with living room (living and dining room) with wood-burning stove. This house has everything you need, e.g.: satellite TV with German programmes, microwave, washing machine, fridge with large freezer shelf and all electrical equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped including Tupperware. Bed linen and towels are provided. There’s a wonderful view of the sea from the large terrace in front of the house. You can gaze at ships making their way to Mahon harbour.

Our house is right on the coast of Sálgar a quiet resort beside the sea (front line), only 9km (11 minutes) from the centre of the capital of Menorca, Mahon, and 15 minutes from the island’s airport. Sálgar is in the furthermost south east corner of the island. It has a view of the harbour entrance to Mahon.
2 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, private pool w/large patio. The Minorcan style house is located in a peaceful villa settlement on a 1200 m² property with a slightly sloping location. The house has a living room, built-in kitchen and 2 bedrooms, each connected with bathrooms – it is designed for 4 people. All living rooms are facing the south and are well-lit, friendly and completely furnished. A shower in the inner courtyard is perfect for a welcome refreshment. The storage room and the garage have a lot of space for luggage or to store swimming material. For those who are hungry for the sun and like to watch boats, the large roof terrace offers an optimal platform with a 180 degree sea view. 5 patios around the house offer a lot of sunny and shaded areas, mostly with a sea view and combine house and garden. The garden offers a lawn, stone garden and natural areas with typical Minorcan plants. During the winter 2005/2006, the site was expanded by an 8×4 m swimming pool with a 30 m² patio.

This pretty first floor apartment overlooking a communal garden and large swimming pool in the coastal area of Binisafua, on the South coast of the Island of Menorca, is close to beaches, rock swimming and the traditional village of Sant Lluis with its tapas restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The apartment has a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and access to the large, sunny balcony. The sitting room has a modern sofa bed, flat screen TV with channels in ‘original version’, American style, fully fitted kitchen and a nice bathroom with walk – in shower.
