Two communal kidney-shaped swimming pools are within the small complex. A three-minute stroll (150 paces) takes you to steps leading down to the Son Parc’s superb beach. However, if you wish to avoid the steps, an alternative more gradual incline route is available. Horse-riding is a five-minute drive away. Bars and restaurants are all within five-minutes walk. Son Parc is situated on the north coast of the beautiful island of Menorca. The resort has all the facilities one would want. Bars and restaurants. Nightly entertainment. Golf. Beach bars. Excellent sandy beach with dunes behind. Sheltered bay for safe bathing. Shallow water for young ones to paddle. The apartment is situated in a quiet complex of just 40 apartments which have the benefit of two kidney shaped pools. One of which is situated literally less than a dozen paces from the apartments lockable front door. The island’s only golf course is in Son Parc (18 holes). During May to October (inc) all amenities in the resort and the island are available. During the month of April, Son Parc has restricted amenities, however there are shops, bars & restaurants open in nearby villages/towns and therefore a car is recommended in April. The island of Menorca is a lovely island. The beaches are stunning. The sea is crystal clear. Payment by credit card, via Paypal, is accepted.

The apartment is fully equipped with all the facilities required to make your stay comfortable. The lounge has a sofa that converts to a sofa bed for 2 people

The area of Punta Grossa is very near to Arenal d’en Castell with its many shops, bars and restaurants. The large, sandy beach is perfect for families and children which gently slopes out into the clear blue sea. The resort is 20 km from the islands capital Mahon, 40km from the second city, Cuitedella and 10 km from nearby Es Mercadal. Nearby are the towns of Playa de Fornells for sailing and windsurfing and Son Parc for the golf course.

The village and marina of ADDAIA is situated in the North East corner of Menorca, 25 minutes from Mahon and 15 minutes to Fornells. The beach of Arenal d’en Castel is close by as is the 18 hole golf course, resort and beaches of Son Parc. Access to the village is on good roads and the apartment can be found in the center of the village, which has restaurants/bar, shop and supermarket. An allocated parking space is situated next to the apartment. Menorca is a peaceful island with many interesting features – lovely beaches, pretty harbours and a genuine friendliness – all of which can only entice you to return.

The unspoilt market town.of Mercadal(10mins by car)has retained its old world charm and offers great shopping facilities in its traditional high street. With the recent opening of the Cami de Cavalls(old coast path) there are many beautiful walks nearby which afford great opportunities for bird watching along with swathes of wild flowers in spring and remote beaches accessible only on foot or by boat.

Ideal for a relaxing golf/beach holiday, the villas overlook the 18 hole golf course with its bar and superb restaurant. there is a range of restaurants and supermarkets are just over half a km away with the golden sandy beach of Son Saura is only 1.km away and has plenty of parking. It is ideal for families with younger children as has shallow water due to gentle shelving of the coast here. It is patrolled by lifeguards. Sun beds and parasols can be hired and there are water sports here including pedaloes and canoes. For a villa holiday in Menorca this location is difficult to beat.

The well-furnished lounge/ dining area has doors leading onto a large, semi-shaded patio idea for dining or sunbathing, with fantastic views of the bay, which is perfect for swimming and snorkelling. Cala Tirant beach, with its safe, shallow water is a 10 minute stroll on foot, and the more adventurous can walk the coastline to the fishing village of Fornells. There are shops selling freshly baked bread and all your self- catering essentials; the Okapi bar which has free internet; and several restaurants within the development. You can have a perfect relaxing holiday without leaving the development, but we would recommend hiring a car to explore this wonderful island.

Snorkel from the rocks in front of the apartment and see a wide variety of fish in the bay which is part of the biosphere reserve. If you prefer the beach, walk to sandy Cala Tirant, or drive to one of the many famous local beaches such as Arenal or Cala Galdana. Nearby Fornells, is a very pretty fishing village with many wonderful restaurants including Es Pla, famed for being frequented by the King of Spain! Fornells also has a wind surfing school and sailing and diving facilities. Mercadel, 10 minutes by car has more shops, a craft market, restaurants and supermarkets. The brave can drive the winding road to the top of Monte Toro, the highest point on the island and once there enjoy a meal or drink whilst soaking in the views. Just outside Mercadel you can go horse riding and if golf is more to your liking, Son Parc is an 18 hole golf course about 15 minutes away by car. Those who enjoy shopping will head to Mahon shops and market buses go from the development
