There are 4 double bedrooms with twin beds and fitted wardrobes, 2 large bathrooms (1 en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen, a comfortable sitting/dining room with TV and Sat dish, leading out to a covered terrace that looks over the swimming pool (9x5m) and garden. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac in the coastal urbanisation of Binibeca Vell and has great sea views.

Binibeca Vell has some very original architectural features. There is a fishing village, with narrow lanes between the houses that are on a small quay and where you will find little bars and restaurants hidden away. The nearest town is Sant LLuis, about 7 minutes away in the car. Here you will find shops, banks, a chemist, a municipal sports centre, a medical centre, a tabacconist (Estanco), more bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Nearby is Menorca´s one and only Cricket club. The are several nice walks around this area and the other nearby beaches (Punta Prima, Binisafuller, Biniancolla, Sálgar) are only a short drive away. There is a little coastal resort train that would get you to most of these apart from the local bus route.
