The house is just 100 metres from the sea, on a quiet residential road in Binissafuller (near Sant Lluis), one of the South East coast’s longest established and greenest settlements. Just beyond the bottom of the garden a deep rocky inlet provides wonderful snorkeling in clear turquoise waters. Next to this, a small natural harbour is overlooked by a charming bar/restaurant that serves excellent fresh fish. More restaurants and shops can be found in Binibeca Vell, 10 minutes walk away. Binisafuller beach is 10 minutes walk in the other direction. Mahon and the Airport are a 15 minute drive.
Extra information: The owners of La Guanabana live in another house very nearby during the summer months and so are on hand to help with any queries about the house, the island, places to see and things to do.
