Trebaluger is a peacful village with a highly regarded supermarket and butcher. There are several sheltered beaches within easy reach, the nearest being only 10 minutes drive away. Mahon harbour, with its large marina, shops and restaurants is 10 minutes drive away. There are numerous restaurants in the area. The airport is only 15 minutes drive from the house. Boat charter, sailing tuition, windsurfing tuition, diving tuition, cycling and riding are all available locally. Trotting races in Mahon are held every Saturday. There are many beautiful country walks across the Island, with wonderful wild flowers in the Spring, as well as nature reserves for bird watching. There are also many sites of architectural interest.
