It is built on a large plot in a quiet cul de sac and there is a path down to the beach (with its sandy bay and beach bar) at the end of the road : the shops are a five minute walk away. The villa is very light and airy with five bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor with an en-suite shower room and sun terrace with sea views . A further two bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, whilst two more bedrooms share a bath/shower room . All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The open plan dining and sitting room has sliding patio doors looking out over the large (10mx5m) swimming pool and terraces. There is seating for ten people with a log burning fire, television with combined video , BBC, ITV and limited Sky programmes , DVD and a music centre. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge /freezer, gas and electric cooker and microwave.

The villa is located in a quiet cul – de – sac on a hillside in the family resort of Binibeca, on the south coast. Within walking distance, there are shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The sandy beach can be reached via a path at the end of the road and has one of the most attractive beach – bars on the island. The small town of Sant Lluis is 5 km away, with more shops, restaurants, bars and banks. Mahon is about 15 minutes drive away, and has a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars: the spectacular harbour is one of the largest in the Mediterranean.
